When the opportunity arises to photograph a baby that is eagerly looking for the camera, don’t hesitate. That happened to me recently with Kyndal, you know her mom already, so this is her chance to get in front of the lens. I hope to do a full series with her soon, before she begins running away. Texas is never without an opportunity to shoot landscapes. I recently took the opportunity to catch a sunrise in North Texas, just past Denton. Wide open feilds, barbed wire fence and the sun just cant be beat. See more photos from this shoot after the break.

Light Rain
Night Fire
Only. . .
Inspired by a great article at Digital Photography School, I decided to do a few shots during the rain. These are some of my favorites out of the ones that I took. Light Rain and Night Fire afford some nice light trails and dancing, while Only. . . plays to a much quieter moment. I hope You enjoy.

The Lonely Path was taken in Arkansas in February of 2009. This picture was desaturated to give more of an alone feeling. One of my personal favorites.
